1. Scope of Academy Services
OM Shree Hanumate Namah Sports Academy provides adaptive sports coaching, physical literacy training, and sports development for children, teens, and youth with diverse developmental profiles including intellectual disabilities, Down syndrome, and autism.
2. Non-Medical Nature of Sports Coaching
Our programs are physical fitness, athletic development, and sports coaching sessions. They are not clinical therapy, medical treatment, or diagnostic services. Parents and legal guardians confirm that athletes have basic readiness for physical movement before enrolling.
3. Safety Protocols & Supervision
We maintain appropriate coach-to-athlete ratios, soft boundaries, low-distraction environments, and certified lifeguards for aquatics. Participants are required to follow safety directions provided by our coaching staff at all times.
4. Parent Participation & Observation
Parents or designated caregivers are welcome to observe training sessions from designated viewing areas. We encourage open communication between families and coaches regarding athlete comfort, energy, and milestones.
5. Enrollment, Batches, and Fees
Training schedules, batch assignments, and fee schedules are determined following the introductory consultation based on chosen sport discipline, frequency, and coach assignment.
